Hazmat
Usage notes
Often used adjectivally, as in the term hazmat suit, the term hazmat (also capitalized as HAZMAT or hyphenated as Haz-Mat) is chiefly used in the US. The equivalent term in the rest of the English-speaking world is dangerous goods.
